Exporting Search Results
In order to access the export options, on the search results page, select the "Export Results" button on the top right of the results area.
From there, you can select
Search Summary or
Delimited Device Files.
Search Summary
The Search Summary options (XML, CSV, XLS, and JSON) export the summary of the results for each device in this search.
The summary contains the same information that appears on the results page. The included elements are:
- Primary Device Identifier
- Brand Name
- Company Name
- Model Number
- List of all GMDN Term Names
- List of all Device Identifiers
Delimited Device Files
Full record search exports come formatted as Delimited Device Files. The files contain the same information found on the device information page. This provides more details than the search summary export. These files have a size limitation of 10,000 results. For exporting searches in this format with more than 10,000 results, please use the Full Release. For more information about these files, visit the page for importing delimited device files.
