Generating UMLS Tickets

In order to view SNOMED information on the APIs that provide it, users must pass AccessGUDID's APIs a valid single-use ticket generated from UMLS.
There are two ways to generate a single-use UMLS ticket - through UMLS's SOAP API and through their REST API.
